The NordBord Hamstring Training System, invented by David Opar, is a system of validated evaluation of the strength of athletes' rear thighs. Measuring is easy, as long as the athlete has simply placed his or her knees on the NordBord and firmly rested on his or her feet, resisting the fall of his torso, camouflaging his hind legs.
The data is collected by the system software and is readily available for evaluation, either by health professionals, the athlete, or the training team surrounding him.
Evaluation through this system has the following advantages:
- It's a quick and easy evaluation method
- It's non-invasive
- It is valid
- It allows for a bilateral evaluation of the strength of the posterior thighs
