Shockwave

Shockwave therapy accelerates the healing process in the body by stimulating the metabolism and enhancing blood circulation to regenerate damaged tissue. Strong energy pulses are applied to the affected area. These pulses occur for short periods of time, creating micro-cavitation bubbles that expand and burst. The force created by these bubbles penetrates tissue and stimulates cells in the body that are responsible for bone and connective tissue healing. In many instances, shockwave therapy is most effective in cases where the human body has not been able to heal itself on its own. It’s appropriate for tendon issues, fractures etc.

CTU SHOCKWAVE

CTU S Wave is a device for physiotherapy and rehabilitation that can be defined as a diamagnetic generator. It means that a diamagnetic generator exploits the diamagnetism principle, i.e a very weak effect of a quantum nature by virtue of which the materials that are affected , called diamagnetic, are characterised by magnetisation with opposite direction compared to the magnetic field, and are therefore weakly ‘rejected’.

|The effect of diamagnetic repulsion, obtained with the use of high -intensity, low-frequency magnetic fields, determines the forward thrust of the lenses used for the treatment. This effect is combined with a special focusing technique that uses Fresnel acoustic lenses with specific geometry and charasteristics which allow extremely precise focusing without aberrations of the waves generated. The CTU S Wave diamagnetic generator allows the temporal and spatial gradients to be changed, thus obtaining temporal and spatial focusing of the generated wave.

The 3 operating modes of CTU Wave are: stimulation, disintegration, drainage.
